Tawney joined The Dental Office at Chestnut Hill upon our inception and has worked with Dr. Smith for over 10 years. Tawney’s dental education began in Northern California. She returned home to her big New England family and started her career as a Dental Hygienist. Tawney loves to build trust with her patients by providing gentle care for patients with hypersensitivity. It is her instinct to make visits to the dentist a happy experience. Outside of the office, Tawney enjoys traveling to tropical islands, lunch in seaport, dinner in Boston, and spending time with her young Siberian husky, Noah.
Becky (Hygienist)
Becky is a dedicated dental hygienist, bringing 30+ years experience to the care of her patients. She is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to make every visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
Throughout her years of dental experience, Becky has remained committed to providing the highest level of care through ongoing education and advanced techniques. She enjoys helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles while building lasting relationships with families across communities.
Outside of the office, Becky enjoys golfing, gardening, kayaking, fishing, reading, cooking, walking and time spent with family and friends.

AMANDA (Hygienist)
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of New England in 2015 and a master’s degree in Public Health and Education from the University of Bridgeport in 2020. Committed to ongoing education, she regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of advancements in dental hygiene. Amanda is actively engaged in the community by working part-time in Worcester schools, where she provides sealant applications and fluoride treatments to children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Luna.
CLARE (ASSISTANT)
Clare has been working as an assistant at The Dental Office At Chestnut Hill for two years. She loves getting to know the patient and working along side Dr. Smith and Dr. Patrick to bring the best patient care. In her free time, Clare enjoys spending time with her husband, being outdoors, and traveling.
LOGAN (Team Mascot)
Meet our newest team member, Logan Smith. He is a Certified canine and Siberian Husky. Logan joined us as an office mascot and ‘treats’ coordinator in July 2024.
Born May 2024, Logan is currently enrolled in his first semester of puppy obedience school. In his free time, Logan enjoys chew toys in temperature controlled settings, rough-housing with his cousin Noah, flavored kibble, and rooftop dinners with his mom.
In office, Logan enjoys meeting his human patients and maintaining the health of his own set of canines.
